  My apartment building burned down last night so Red Cross sent us ( tenants) to Knights Inn in Calumet Park. The manager Lydia is very rude and unprofessional. She comes to my room smiling and saying I'm sorry your apartment burned down But u have to pay for this room because you're not on my list. I told her I was on the list and she need to check with the night person who checked us all in. She then say well I'm the manager and u have to pay. She was very rude and instead of her contacting red cross and getting all the correct information she gave me a very hard time.
